Returns & Refunds

Made just for you. Every decorated item is printed or embroidered to order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. Check the size chart before ordering. When in doubt, size up.

If we got it wrong, we’ll fix it. If your order arrives with a misprint, a defect, the wrong item, or damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and a photo. We’ll reprint it or refund it, your choice, and cover any return shipping.

Approving your proof. For custom orders, we start production only after you approve your proof. Please check spelling, colors, and placement carefully. Once a proof is approved, errors that appear in that proof aren’t covered.

Cancellations. You can cancel free of charge any time before proof approval. After approval, we’ll refund your order minus any garment and setup costs already incurred.

Blank garments. Unworn, unwashed blanks in original packaging can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. No restocking fee.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
